Tim Stranks is an Associate Partner within our Real Estate Executive team in our London office, specialising in recruiting Senior to Executive level roles within the Development market with a specific focus on the Commercial, Mixed Use and Retail sectors. Originally coming from the Property industry, Tim trained as a property agent before making the move over to recruitment. Often retained to identify key Development talent for his clients, Tim’s key focus is across UK and Europe, and with an unrivalled network in Top Real Estate developers, Owners & Occupiers, Property Companies, Private Equity, Institutional Funds and Family Offices, he is uniquely positioned to identify and attract previously untapped talent.

Typical mandates Tim works on include Development Director and Commercial Manager through to Head of Development and Chief Development Officer.
