Nick Baxter is Chief Executive Officer of Investigo and is responsible for the delivery of our new 2022 business strategy.

Nick joined the business in 2006, when the headcount was just over 20 people, to launch Investigo’s business change and transformation practice. Nick built our Business Change and Transformation team to be one of the market-leading agencies in this space, not only weathering the global financial crisis but also establishing Investigo’s reputation as the ‘go to’ provider for  change professionals in the UK.

Investigo is extremely candid about its desire to grow as a business, not just physically through opening in new locations, such a New York, but also in market presence and share. Our Exec Search practices highlights the strength of our senior relationships and is an exciting part of our growth strategy moving forwards.

His personal work ethic, passion for the business and drive to provide excellence provided a clear blueprint and inspiration for what a successful recruiter and leader should be. Nick has continually progressed his career at Investigo, first joining the board of Directors in 2013 and then progressing into the role of CEO in 2017.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially his wife and two daughters. Nick also enjoys exploring new parts of the world and watching most sports, particularly Rugby & Football.
