Natalie Whittlesey

Natalie Whittlesey is Director of Investigo Executive and leads our CIO Practice. She joined Investigo in Jan 2022 following two years as a key member of Korn Ferry’s EMEA Technology Officers Practice and 14 years at technology recruiter Harvey Nash, where she led the CIO Practice and oversaw the technology search function and research team across the UK. In her earlier career she worked at Hudson in New Zealand and a boutique firm in London.

As a technology leadership specialist recruiter, she has extensive experience of hiring technology leaders (including CIO, CTO, CDIO, SVP, VP and Director reporting lines) for businesses in a variety of sectors from global super-brands to high growth start-ups, to public and not-for-profit organisations. Her considerable network and long-term focus on the technology and digital world means she’s well-connected to top talent, aware of the latest trends in tech, and understands the nuances of the plethora of technology roles, both established and emerging.

Natalie is also a strong client partner and account director who has overseen numerous mandates across a variety of disciplines across multiple international territories for her clients. She genuinely cares about her clients and often feels like an extension of their team.

As well as delivering and overseeing search activity Natalie helps clients to evolve their talent attraction and selection processes, particularly in response to clients’ desire to increase diversity in their talent pools. She has held and been a panellist on multiple events for the business, technology and HR community focused on exploring subjects like technology trends and increasing diversity, inclusion and belonging within teams. She has contributed to thought leadership and articles on these subjects too.

Natalie is based in our London office and lives in the midlands. She has a joint hons business and media degree from Manchester University and is Hogan assessment qualified. She enjoys theatre (on and off stage), travelling (including PADI scuba diving), keeping fit, photography and supporting charities.
