James is a Partner in our Change & Transformation team based out of our London office.

After a career in the Army after University, James joined Harvey Nash in the 90’s and moved in to Exec Interim management recruitment in 2001, initially focussing on the Public Sector. Since 2008 he has focussed on private sector companies, from FTSE 100 to smaller listed companies and PE backed businesses. He joined Investigo in 2021 to help to grow our Exec Interim offering. He has an extensive network across all functions and sectors but with particular expertise in Infrastructure, Transport and Technology. Roles have included functional leadership as well as people to lead large transformation programmes.

James is a keen sportsman, playing lots of rugby and cricket in his youth but his exercise is now mainly limited to the gym and playing golf.
