Our D&I agenda is pivotal to how we conduct our business and is driven by our CEO and Senior Management team down through all our colleagues and networks. At Investigo we place diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything we do. We recognise that to provide a first-class service to our diverse clients we need to create a recruitment agency that attracts and encourages diversity in the workplace. We aim to create an inclusive work environment where all our employees feel valued, respected and where their individual and unique talents are nurtured.
We have been committed to our own Diversity and Inclusion journey for over two years. Our first step was to create a D&I committee who actively promotes and supports awareness of the richness provided by a diverse workplace community within the business. Over this time, we have addressed topics such as gender inclusion, flexible working and reviewed our own hiring policies within our business. We have trained our entire company on unconscious bias and we are currently a Disability Committed Employer and are working towards becoming a Disability Confident Employer.
Our practice leads can work with you on your own D&I strategy when it comes to your own hiring practices. We have an ongoing partnership with Vercida Consulting with whom we provide educational programmes both internally and for clients around Diversity and Inclusion related subjects. We regularly host events on topics such as Unconscious Bias, Gender Equality, Diversity Quotas and Workplace Mental Health. We also publish Insight magazines on Diversity and Inclusion topics – Diversity and Inclusion, Workplace Mental Health. These publications include articles from industry experts as well as practical advice that can be used in the workplace. If you would like to attend one of our D&I events or to receive future insight magazines, please don’t hesitate to contact Lisa.Holberton@investigo.co.uk
We recently secured Disability Confident Committed status and aim towards becoming a Disability Confident Employer.
